Where is my product?
After you place an order and pay for it, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email will include a package tracking number, which will allow you to track your product’s location and expected delivery date.
When do I receive it?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to inform you that it’s on the way. The table below shows estimated delivery times from when the product is dispatched until it is delivered to your address.

What are your shipping rates?
If your total cart value (after applying discount codes) is more than BHD 20.000 then your shipping is on us! Alternatively, our shipping is through Express TNT shipping for a fixed cost of BHD 2.000. This is a limited time offer during our launch period. This offer does not apply to bulk orders.
